WHO ARE WE?

Social Enterprise SWOM supports young people and adults who face barriers to education or employment due to neurodiversity, a physical disability, or mental health challenges. These are individuals for whom studying or working is not always straightforward, but who have valuable talents, motivation, and the potential to grow.

Through personal guidance, coaching, and practical support, SWOM helps them discover their strengths, identify the type of support they need, and take sustainable steps towards education, internships, or employment. Rather than focusing on limitations, SWOM puts people's talents, opportunities, and ambitions at the centre.

Following the success of our Dutch-language group programme, we are proud to introduce this English-language version. This programme is designed specifically for international students, making our coaching and support accessible to even more people who can benefit from it. In this way, SWOM contributes to a more inclusive labour market where everyone has the opportunity to participate and thrive.

OUR COACHES

Our coaches are specialised in supporting people who face barriers to education or employment. With backgrounds in psychology and extensive experience working with people with diverse needs, they understand that there is no one-size-fits-all approach. They provide personalised guidance, creating a safe and supportive environment where participants can build confidence, recognise their strengths, and develop practical skills at their own pace.

Still have questions?
