SWOM
methodology in Lithuania and Finland

In the week of February 24, we are officially launching our ESF+ project "Revealing The Hidden Resources"! This European initiative focuses on knowledge sharing and collaboration, with SWOM as an expert partner. Our role? We share our approach so that our methodology can be applied by our international partners in Finland and Lithuania.

With this project, we are not only putting our vision of comprehensive life guidance on the European map, but we are also gaining valuable experience for future European funding opportunities. A great step forward!

REVEALING THE HIDDEN RESOURCES

What is the goal?

This project addresses the issue of unemployment among NEET youth (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) in Lithuania and Finland. Together with our project partners, we support these young people through proven methods such as coaching and mentoring, individual guidance, and the Dutch model of supported employment.

We focus on young people aged 18 to 29 who face various barriers to employment, including those with physical or psychosocial disabilities, those experiencing poverty, those with educational or skills gaps, or those with a judicial background.

Knowledge Sharing in Practice

Organizations from Lithuania and Finland will visit SWOM for a study visit to see our approach in action. We will demonstrate our methods for youth guidance, coaching, and removing barriers to employment. This ensures that our methodology is applied sustainably.

With ESF+, we are taking an important step toward a more inclusive European labor market. We are proud to share our knowledge and help young people find their place in the workforce!

This is what we
want to ACHIEVE.
